These Terms and Conditions apply to all registrants at Al Masar Football Academy (“Academy”). By registering, you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety in addition to any other law or regulation that applies to the Academy. Should you object to any term or condition of the terms of use, you may not register your child in the Academy.
ACADEMY REGISTRATION
Registration will be completed once the following steps have been submitted:
- The registration form is completed, which includes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- Collection and payment of the registration fee with a membership package.
- Payment for the corresponding term/season.
Admission will be subject to availability of space at the requested location. A player’s registration will only be considered confirmed following registration confirmation sent to parents/guardians by email which as your receipt.
A 15% discount will be applied for siblings, if there are more than two siblings the discount will be 25%. This discount will be applied to more children only when all siblings are registered at the same time.
Annual registration fees are payable once per customer per year regardless of the term in which the customer signs up.
All children registered in the Al Masar Football Academy must attend the training sessions with the training kit.
INSURANCE
All Al Masar Football Academy players must be affiliated with a health insurance provider with local network coverage in the United Arab Emirates. The subscription to Al Masar Football Academy does not include Medical Insurance.
CREDIT POLICY
Subscriptions cannot be frozen unless there are medium/long-term medical reasons. A medical report will be required in the event of an “injury” or medical condition.
Medical credit will be applicable if the illness/injury prevents the player from performing sessions for more than 3 weeks, provided a medical report is presented.
The credit can be used in the next installment, in the next season, in the next camp or in ISD. Credit is valid for 12 months.
REFUND POLICY
Payments made to Al Masar Football Academy (registration fee, registration…) are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it is considered final and non-refundable.
A refund will be applicable only in the case of a serious medical condition that prohibits that player from participating for more than 4 months or in case of relocation to another country (visa cancellation document required).
Commitment to Attendance: By registering or enrolling in Al Masar Football Academy, the player automatically commits to attending the designated sessions or programs.
The players selected in the Advance and HPC groups have the obligation and commitment to attend the three training sessions and the match. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Schedule Change: While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled dates, times and locations of our services, unforeseen events, force majeure or circumstances such as Ramadan may require us to modify or reschedule the schedule. In such cases, we will provide you with suitable alternatives. No refunds will be given due to schedule changes.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions for reasons such as school, school exams, family vacations, inability to arrive for practice, general sickness, or any other circumstance.
MAKEUP SESSIONS
To maintain high training standards across all our venues, we must follow a very strict attendance policy, which includes make-up sessions. Al Masar Football Academy Dubai only offers the opportunity to make up a missed class for general sickness under the following terms and conditions:
- In case of a common illness, a medical certificate must be provided, and it must be reported and sent to the Academy within a maximum of 10 days, otherwise, make-up classes cannot be offered.
- Make-up classes will be offered according to the availability and schedules of the Academy. If you are unable to attend, no credit or refund will be offered.
- The make-up class must not pass the due date of the Term in which the class was missed.
No make-up will be offered for missed sessions for reasons such as school trips, school breaks or exams, family vacations, inability to arrive for practice or any other personal circumstance.
OTHERS
Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather conditions or other
circumstances beyond Al Masar Football Academy’s control requiring the cancellation of our training sessions, we will make efforts to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure events.
Injuries or medical conditions: Children’s with pre-existing injuries or medical conditions should consult with a healthcare professional before engaging with our soccer services and inform us before registering. We are not responsible for any exacerbation of injuries or medical conditions that may occur during participation in the training sessions or matches.Refunds will not be given based on injuries or medical circumstances.
Term renewals: Payments must be completed 2 weeks in advance before the start of each new Term Please note that we have a high demand for registration and, due to limited availability, it is crucial to secure your child’s place in our academy two weeks before the start of the new term to avoid disappointment and changes of coaches and teammates.
Subscription changes: If a player needs to change group, time and/or location, they must discuss it with the coach and the Administration team. If there is a place available at another location, the request may be accommodated at the discretion of the Academy director. However, this cannot be guaranteed
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Players or parents/guardians (in the case of minor participants) grant Al Masar Football Academy the worldwide right, without approval or compensation, to use the name, photographic or video image of the participant for its reasonable commercial purposes, such as such as advertisements in newspapers or magazines and online social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
In accordance with Al Masar Football Academy Dubai’s protection policies, any video or photographic recording during the training session by parents or third parties is strictly prohibited. Neither you nor the participant will disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.
RAMADAN
During the month of Ramadan, Al Masar Football Academy Dubai may change its schedules, always considering the time of Iftar. No refunds, credits, make-up classes or account freezers will be offered.
